Shipping policy
Overview
STEMology delivers across Australia. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.
Delivery timeframes
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (before discounts, where applicable). For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.
Warehouse fulfilment
We fulfil orders from our local Australian warehouse wherever possible. If our local warehouse is out of stock, we may fulfil your order from our international warehouse. International warehouse fulfilment may add transit time but does not change your delivery address — orders are still shipped to Australian addresses only.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Delivery areas
We ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally to customers outside Australia.
Split or partial shipments
If items in your order are sourced from different warehouses, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra standard shipping for split shipments arising from warehouse fulfilment.
Digital products
Digital downloads and other non-physical products are delivered by email or account access. No physical shipping applies.
Late, lost, or damaged in transit
If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@stemology.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. Late delivery is not grounds for a refund. See our Refund policy for returns on faulty or damaged items.
